Raja Debnath is an accomplished professional with a distinguished background in the banking industry. With an impressive academic journey, Raja holds MBAs from SBS, Oxford University, and JBIMS, Mumbai University. His exceptional expertise and diverse experiences have been honed through his work with organizations such as IFC (a World Bank Group Organization) , EY, Citibank, Kotak, GE, and Whirlpool.
During his tenure at IFC, Raja served as a Global Advisory and Business Development Expert for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Banking in Asia. His profound knowledge and strategic insights have benefited over 25 lenders across the globe. Raja played a pivotal role in leading IFC's SCF advisory multi-bank programs in emerging geographies such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka.
At Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of India's largest private sector banks, Raja initiated and built the Small Business Unsecured Lending vertical. His visionary leadership and innovative approach contributed to the growth and success of this vertical.
Currently, as the Managing Director of Veefin Solutions, Raja Debnath is spearheading the company's ambitious journey towards becoming the #1 Global SCF Platform. With his extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, SME banking, and global advisory, Raja is driving Veefin Solutions towards providing unparalleled solutions and services to businesses worldwide.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Raja Debnath finds great joy and fulfillment in pursuing a diverse range of hobbies and interests. One of his greatest passions lies in the realm of gastronomy. Raja thoroughly enjoys exploring the culinary world, both as a creator and a connoisseur. Gautam Udani, the Chief Operating Officer of Veefin, is a dynamic and visionary leader with a strong background in technology and entrepreneurship. He holds a BE degree from Mumbai University and a Masters in IT from NJIT, USA. Gautam's passion for innovation and technology has driven him to become a two-time founder and a true technology enthusiast.
As the technical architect of Veefin's SCF platform, Gautam showcases his exceptional ability to apply tech innovations to complex problem statements across various industries like Education, Real Estate and E-Commerce. His profound expertise and strategic insights have been instrumental in shaping Veefin's cutting-edge platform.
In 2006, Gautam founded Infini Systems, a software services company that catered to the Education, Real Estate, and Ecommerce industries. Under his leadership, Infini Systems successfully led, built, and delivered over 250 applications by 2018, earning a reputation for excellence and innovation.
Beyond Infini Systems, Gautam's entrepreneurial journey continued as he founded Mad Orders, India's first midnight food delivery platform. Through his innovative thinking and business acumen, he successfully scaled Mad Orders and eventually sold it to Specialty Restaurants, marking another triumphant exit. Gautam's entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there. He went on to co-found and successfully exit three more technology startups.

Jigar Shah is an accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in the lending and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) ecosystem. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Veefin, a leading enterprise solution company in the digital lending space, Jigar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
Prior to joining Veefin, Jigar had a successful tenure at Larsen & Toubro, where he gained valuable insights into the financial industry. He holds an MBA from Mumbai Education Trust, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in business management.
Jigar is known for his expertise in process improvement and performance measurement, which he aligns with product delivery goals. He is skilled in identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business success.

Having worked with organizations such as Aditya Birla Capital, RBL Bank, HDFC Bank, and JP Morgan Chase, Sagar has honed his skills in delivering exceptional results within the financial sector.
Sagar holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mumbai University, which has provided him with a strong foundation for his career in technology and delivery management. Previously, Sagar played a pivotal role in establishing the Business Solutions Group at Aditya Birla Finance, where he successfully implemented and managed technology solutions across the company.

With a diverse background working with renowned organizations such as Tech Mahindra, British Telecom, and Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, Binny brings a wealth of expertise to her role as the Head of Product at Veefin Solutions.
Binny holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai, providing her with a strong technical foundation for her career in product development. As a core product designer, Binny possesses a unique ability to conceptualize and bring innovative solutions to life. With a focus on SCF, Binny has played a pivotal role in designing the technology architecture for SCF transaction management across various SCF loan products. In addition to her technical prowess, Binny is also an advocate for a safe and inclusive workplace. With over 15+ years of experience in managing all aspects of finance across various industries, Payal has a diverse background that includes founding P.M. Maisheri & Associates and working at Deloitte Haskins & Sells bringing in a wealth of expertise to her role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Veefin Solutions.
Payal is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from NMIMS. Her educational background, combined with her extensive industry experience, has equipped her with a strong foundation in finance and business management. Throughout her career, Payal has served as the acting CFO for multiple companies, including Cumulative Ventures, Genrobotics, Emandi, and An ode to Gaia. In addition to her finance expertise, Payal also chairs the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) committee at Veefin Solutions. Chintan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, and an MBA in Marketing from Periyar University, this has furnished him with an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle from conception to completion.
